  Just ordered some food. The person on the phone seemed like he had little to no patience with me ordering. Customer service shoud be top priority. The food tastes decent but the service on a scale of 1 to 10 would be a 3.

  Don't expect any kind of good service. Very unprofessional, if they can't answer the phone with some appreciation on giving them some business. I wonder how much appreciate goes to washing there dishes....

  Food was HORRIBLE! Chicken fried rice that was full of onions, little slivers of (What I assume was supposed to pass for) chicken and yellow , overcooked rice. The delivery driver demanded a tip ( I had put a tip on my cc, but had give give cash also). The sweet and sour chicken was rock hard and dry ( I can oly think that it was fried twice). If this is "the BEST Chinese food in the Watertown area" we won't be eating Chinese for the next few years.

  Huge slices of onions in the rice, burnt egg roll, guy on the phone was a complete jerk. Wouldn't give them my business again.
